Smoke Works offers several glass products which are subject to damage and must be inspected upon receipt. All items must be inspected upon receipt and proper cleaning should be done to ensure safety before distribution. Smoke Works is not responsible for items once received by customer or buyer, and we recommend detailed inspection before distribution.

Smoke Works practices discretion as to whom items are sold to, what purposes they are sold for, and retains the right to cancel any order and refund money to anybody purchasing.

 Smoke Works is not responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical appearance. In the interest of our customers, Smoke Works puts forth its best efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Unfortunately, there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our Web site to become outdated without our immediate knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. For hazardous material, lighters, matches, butane etc.. Ground and freight shipping will require hazmat fees in addition to S&H fees.
